1- Yogurt -  1 small bowl
2- Sugar -- 2 Tbsp.
3- Cocoa powder  -  2 tbsp
4- Dry Milk  - 2 Tbsp
5- Water - 1 glass

(a) Put all ingredients in a blender and shake well.
