Sweet and Sour raw mango recipe is a favorite sauce in the sub-continent at hot summer lunchtime. This chatni is really delicious and yummy. It can be made easily and kept in the fridge for one week time. It is also called "kairi ki Launji". This is served as a side dish with chapati or hot roti. (Flatbread).

Aam ki Laungi recipe ingredients
- Raw mangoes / Keri ½ kgs
- Jaggery (Gurr ) 1 cup ( 125 grams)
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red pepper ½ tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp cumin seeds ( Zeera ) ½ tsp
- Black seeds ( Kalonji ) ½ tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Water 1 ½ cup
How to Make Raw Mango with Jaggery Sauce at Home - Method:
- Wash the keri (raw mangoes). Peel off the skin and remove the seeds. Now cut in long pieces.
- Take a wok and put oil in it. When it is hot add then add all spices and cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Then add Keri cubes in it and mix well with the masala. Add water and cook on medium flame until raw mangoes are tender.
- Then add Gurr (jaggery ) and cook on medium flame until gurr ( Jaggery ) water dissolves and it is like thick chatni ( sauce ) as shown in the video.
This raw mango sauce with jaggery (Gurr) can be served with Chicken Karahi, Chicken White Handi, vegetables, and salad.
