Following are the step-by-step instructions for preparing grilled chicken
and yellow butter rice.
Grilled Chicken Ingredients
1- Chicken Leg Piece 2
2- Salt ½ tsp or as required
3- Red pepper1 tsp
4- Black pepper ½ tsp
5- Cumin seeds ( jeera ) ½ tsp
6- Dry coriander ½ tsp
7- Paprika powder ½ tsp
8- Garam Masala ½ tsp
9- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
10- Yogurt 3 tbsp
11- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
12- Oil 3 tbsp
+ 1 tbsp

Yellow Butter Rice Ingredients (Turmeric Rice )
Boiled rice with salt 1 cup
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp

How to Make Grilled Chicken Recipe with Rice
1- Take a bowl and add all spices, yogurt, lemon juice, and oil. Mix it well.
2- Cut chicken on both sides with a knife. Add chicken leg piece and coat all
masala on both sides well. Put it in the fridge for two hours or overnight.
3- Take a grill pan and add one tbsp. oil and spread with a brush.
4- Put both chicken leg pieces in the pan and cook one side for 15 minutes.
Then turn it and cook the other side for 15 minutes. Put the remaining masala
on the chicken pieces. Gradually change the sides 2 – 3 times. It will take
around one hour to cook well.
5- For Rice:
Take a kadai and add butter and oil to it. Sauté ginger paste for 1 -2 minutes.
Now add boiled rice to it. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
6- Butter rice is ready.
7- Serve easy grilled chicken pieces with rice and mint sauce.
