Best Chicken Jalfrezi Recipe Pakistani Ingredients
- Chicken boneless 1 kg
- Onion 1 cup ( cut into cubes )
- Bell Pepper 1 cup ( cut into cubes )
- Tomatoes 1 cup ( cut into cubes )
- Oil ½ cup + 3 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Red pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tbsp.
- Paste of 3 tomatoes and 4 green chilies )
- Cumin seed 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Mix spices 1 tsp
- Green Coriander
How to make Chicken Jalfrezi at home.? Method
- Take a karahi and pour 3 tbsp oil in it. No sauté onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes in this oil on high flame. Now set aside these vegetables for later use.
- In the same karahi, add ½ cup oil. When it is hot add chicken cubes in it and fry well.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry well.
- Now put salt, red pepper, and turmeric in it.
- Add tomato and green chili paste. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
- Put the lid on and cook on low flame until the water is dry.
- Now add cumin seeds and yogurt and cook on a medium flame for some more minutes.
- Add black pepper and sauté vegetables. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add mixed spices and green coriander.
- Chicken Jalfrezi is ready. Serve with hot chapatti.
