This authentic Pakistani-style boneless chicken requires tomatoes and yogurt to make thick and flavorful gravy with some other ingredients. It is good to have with Naan, chapati, or roti (flatbread).

Pakistani Boneless Chicken Ginger Recipe Ingredients
- Chicken 1 cup ( 250 grams)
- Garlic 1 tbsp.
- Ginger Julian cutting 1 Tbsp.
- Tomatoes peeled off 4
- Green Chili 3 to 4
- Salt 1 tbsp.
- Red pepper ½ tsp.
- Black Pepper ½ tsp.
- Turmeric ¼ tsp.
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp.
- Garam Masala ½ tsp.
- Oil ¼ cup
How to Make Chicken Ginger in Less Than 30 Minutes.? Method:
- Take a pan and put chicken, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes in it. Cover I with Lid and cook till the water is very less in it.
- Then add salt, turmeric, red and black pepper. Let the water dry.
- Now add oil and fry well. After frying well, add yogurt and mix well.
- Add green pepper, garam masala, and tomato ketchup. Mix it.
- Serve hot.
