Chicken Kadai Ingredients :
1- Chicken - 1 kgs
2- Onion 2 small - ( Cut in cubes
3- Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
4- Tomatoes 6 small -( ¼ kgs )
5- Green Chili - 5
6- Curd ( yogurt )- ½ cup
7- Salt - 1 tsp
8- Red pepper - 1 tsp
9- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp

Big Cardamom - 2

Black pepper - 5 pieces

Oil - ½ cup

Garam Masala- ½ tsp

Green Coriander & green chili for garnishing

How to Make Lahori Simple Chicken Karahi.? Method :
1-
Take a karahi and put oil in it.

When it is hot put onion and fry light brown.
3-
Now add chicken and cook for 5 minutes

Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.

Put tomatoes, and all the spices in it. Mix well and cook on low flame until
oil separates from the kadai.
6-
Add yogurt and green chilies and mix well.
7-
Now cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Add garam masala in it. Mix well.
8-
When oil is separated from kadai, it is ready.
9- Garnish with green coriander and green chilies.
10- Serve hot with Roti
