Basic & Easy Chocolate Biscuits - Chocolate Recipes


Chocolate biscuits are one of the favorite cookies of all time. My recipe is basic, simple, and easy and can be made in 20 minutes. I have used chocolate spread to give a chocolaty flavor. This recipe is much healthy and unique. You can enjoy these biscuits with yourself and with your family.

Chocolate Cookies Ingredients


  • Plain Flour ( Maida ) 1 Cup
  • Gram Flour ( Basen ¾ Cup
  • Semolina ( Suji ) 3 Tbsp
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Chocolate spread 3 Tbsp
  • Oil ¾ Cup

  • Cardamom Powder ½ tsp


How to make chocolate biscuits at home? Method:



  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. 
  • Pour oil in mixed dry ingredients and make a soft 
  • You can add more oil if needed.
  • Add Chocolate spread and make the dough very smooth so that it doesn’t have lumps in it.
  • Grease the baking tray with oil.
  • Make cookies with your hands. Make a design with a spoon. Put chocolate spread on top. Now shift these into a baking tray
  • Preheat the conventional oven to 160 degrees and bake cookies for approximately 17 minutes.
  • Chocolate cookies are ready

1- Is it OK to eat chocolate daily?


Chocolate is good for health if taken at a moderate level. One can take chocolate daily around 30 to 60 grams. 


2- Is it good to eat chocolate biscuits every day?


Sugar is also the main ingredient in biscuits so chocolate biscuits have some amount of sugar. For this reason, we should not in large quantities.
