Coconut Biscuit Recipe Ingredients

  • Coconut Powder 1 ½ cup
  • Powdered Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Egg 1

How to make Coconut Cookies at home. Method:

  • Separate egg yolk and egg white.
  • Beat egg white with a beater until it’s foamy
  • Add egg yolk and beat again.
  • Now add sugar and beat well.
  • In the end, add crushed coconut and mix with a spatula.
  • Line and grease the baking dish.
  • Make small cookies with your hand and put them in the baking dish.
  • Bake at 160 degree Celsius for 25 – 30 minutes or until biscuits are ready.
  • Remove from baking dish and let it cool.
  • Coconut cookies without butter and with 3 ingredients are ready to serve.
