1- Sesame (til) 5 tbsp
2- Poppy seeds ( khuskhus ) 3 tbsp
3- Sugar 2 tbsp
4- Salt ½ tsp
5- Red chili powder ½ tsp
6- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
7- Tamarind pulp 1 cup
8- Water 1 cup
9- Oil 3 tbsp


How to Make Till aur Khaskhas ki Chatni. Method


1- Wash poppy seeds well and dry them.
2- In a pan, roast poppy seeds and sesame separately.
3- In a pan, add oil. When it is a little hot add all ingredients and cook until water reduces to ¾ cup.
4- Let it cool down and blend it well in a blender.
5- Sesame and poppy seeds sauce is ready.
6- Serve it with any fried food, roti, or flatbread.
