What Ingredients Do We Need to Make Green Sauce?



  • Raw mangoes ( Keri ) 4 pieces
  • Mint ( podina ) 1 cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Green chili 2
  • Garlic 4 – 5 pcs.
  • Black salt ¼ tsp
  • Whole red pepper 7 – 8 pcs.
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Water ½ cup


HOW TO MAKE KAIRI PUDINA CHUTNEY? Method.



  • Wash raw mangoes. Peel off the skin, remove the seed inside, and cut into small cubes.
  • Wash mint and set aside.
  • Take a blender. Put raw mangoes (Kerri / kacha aam ) in it.
  • Put mint and water in it.
  • Now add all the remaining ingredients and blend well.
  • Your carri aur pudina ki khati aur spicy chatni is ready.
  • Serve with daal chawl, parathas, or with any food you like.
