 How to Make Poha Recipe

  • Take poha in a strainer and pour water into  it. Do it 2 -3 times. Do not soak in water. Put it aside for 5 minutes.

  • Add oil into a pan and fry peanuts for five minutes or until it smells good. Put it aside.

  • In the same pan, add oil. When it is hot, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chopped onion, and green chili. Soften the onion but do not change its color. Add salt, red chili powder and, turmeric powder. Mix well and add sugar to enhance the flavor.

  • Now add peanuts and washed poha. Mix well.

  • Add lemon juice and fresh coriander and serve.
