Cheese Potato Balls are rolled in eggs, all-purpose flour, and bread crumbs. This is a fried quick delicious snack. This recipe loves by cheese lovers a lot.

Cheese Potato Balls Ingredients
- Potato 5 medium size
- Cheddar Cheese ½ cup ( Make 8 cubes of it )
- Coriander 2 Tbsp.
- Green pepper 1
- Salt ½ tsp.
- Red pepper ½ tsp.
- Cumin seeds (jeera) ½ tsp.
- Dry coriander ½ tsp.
- Black pepper ¼ tsp.
For deep-fry balls
- Egg one
- Bread crumbs
- Maids ( All purposes flour )
- Oil for deep fry
How to Make Cheesy Potato Balls.? Method:
- Boil potatoes and mash them.
- Now add ingredients in mashed potato except cheese cubes.
- Mix well and divide the mixture into 8 portions.
- Take one portion and spread it in hand. Put 1 cheese cube in it. Now make it in a round/ ball shape.
- Now roll balls in All-purpose flour (Maida) first. Then in eggs. After this roll it in bread crumbs.
- Put all the balls in the fridge for one hour.
- Heat the oil in a kadai. It should not be so hot. It should be medium hot.
- Now add all the balls and fry till golden brown.
- Serve with tomato ketchup and green sauce.
