Egg potato kabab (Aloo Anday ke Kababs) is a delicious and easy snacks. This kabab recipe Pakistani is quick and budget friendly as well. Ingredients are very simple and available in every kitchen.

Egg and Potato Kabab Ingredients
- Eggs 4 Boiled
- Potato 4 Boiled
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red pepper 1 ½ tsp
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- Cumin seeds ( Zeera ) 1 tsp
- Dry coriander 1 tsp
- Rice Powder 2 tbsp
- Green coriander 3 tbsp
- Green pepper 1
- Onion 1
For dipping kababs
- Basen ( Gram flour ) 2 tbsp
- Water 3 -4 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Red pepper ¼ tsp
- Oil for frying
How to Make Egg Potato Kababs.? Method:
- Grate eggs and potatoes separately.
- Now take a bowel. Put eggs and potatoes in it. Now add all the spices and onion to it. Mix well and make kababs. Put it in the fridge for ½ an hour.
- In a bowl add basen and water. Mix it well. Now add egg, salt, and red pepper. Mix it well and make a batter. If need more water you can use it.
- Now take the potato and egg mixture. Make kabab according to your required size. I made 12 kababs from it.
- Heat oil in a pan. Take one kabab dip it in basen batter and fry all kababs on both sides.
- Kababs are ready. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
