This Aloo ki tikka is healthy and good for people who are conscious about their health. These potato kabab are liked in every house in Pakistan.

Potato (Aloo) is a famous vegetable around the globe. Potato is a starchy food. They are rich in Vitamin C. Many recipes are made with this vegetable, especially French Fries are favorites everywhere.
Potato Kebab Ingredients
Potato 2 big size
- Coriander 1 tbsp.
- Onion 2 tbsp. ( thin cutting )
- Tomato 2 tbsp. ( thin cutting )
- Rice Powder 3 tbsp.
- Salt ½ tsp Or according to taste
- Red pepper ¼ tsp.
- Green chili
- Cumin seed (jeera) ¼ tsp.
- Dry coriander ¼ tsp
- Black pepper 1/8 tsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp.
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
- Oil 4 – 5 tbsp.
How to make aloo Kabab at home.? Method:
- Boil potatoes and mash them.
- Now add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Make 7 kebabs from it.
- Put oil in a frying pan. Fry both sides of the kebabs till light brown.
