To make this quick rice, you need rice, chicken, vegetables, and spices. The combination of chicken with vegetables gives this Pakistani masala rice recipe a unique taste. This is one pot quick meal for the whole family.
Chicken Masala Rice Ingredients
- Rice 2 Cups
- Chicken boiled 1 cup
- Carrot 1 cup
- Cabbage cup
- Green Chili 3
- Eggs 2
- Oil ½ cup
- Soy sauce
- White Pepper 1 tsp.
- Clove 4-5
- Garam Masala 2 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp or according to taste.
- Yellow food color ¼ tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp.
How to Make Pakistani Masala Rice Recipe.? Method:
- Mix one pinch of salt in eggs and beat well. Now put oil in a frying pan and cook eggs. Shred cooked eggs with a knife and put aside.
- Boil 2-liter water in a wok and boil rice adding salt in water.
- Take a wok and heat up the oil. Now put ginger garlic paste in it. Sauté for 2 minutes and add boiled chicken.
- Add Carrot, cabbage, green chili, and eggs and mix well.
- Now add all spices to it and cook for 3 -4 minutes
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Mix yellow food color in 2 tbsp. of water. Sprinkle on rice.
- Put rice for simmering (very low heat) for 10 minutes.
- Serve with ( Zeera ) Raita
