I have tried to give you my best and easy Pakistani deep-fried chicken recipe. I must say that it is tender inside and crispy outside.

 Here's  simple recipe of  chicken fry:

Chicken Fry Recipe  Pakistani Ingredients.

1-Chicken with bone 1 Kg.

2-Salt 1 tsp or according to taste.

3-Red Chili powder 1 tsp

4-Black Pepper ½ tsp

5-Turmeric ¼ tsp

6-Zeera (cumin seed) ½ tsp

7-Dry coriander ½ tsp

8-Soy sauce 2 Tbsp.

9-Vinegar 1 Tbsp.

10-Ginger and Garlic paste 1 Tbsp.

11-Yogurt ½ Cup   

 12-Oil for fry

 13-Eggs 2

 Dry coating for chicken 

1-All purposes flour (Maida) 2 Tbsp.

2-Corn flour 1 Tbsp.

3-Gram flour (Basen) 1 Tbsp.

4-Rice flour 1 Tbsp.

5-Bread Crumbs 6 Tbsp.

6-Salt ¼ Tsp.

7-Red chili powder ½ tsp.

How to Make Best Crispy Chicken Fry Recipe

1-Take a bowl and mix all the above spices (salt, red chili powder, black pepper, turmeric, jeera, dry coriander, soy sauce, vinegar) in it.

2-Now add yogurt and mix it well. Marinate chicken with this mixture and put it aside for at least two hours. If in a hurry marinate for 15 minutes.

3-Now shift the chicken to a wok and cook on medium flame until the chicken is cooked and the water is dried. Let the chicken cool.

4-Beat the egg in a bowl. And one by one take a chicken piece and coat it with eggs. Now coat chicken with a dry mixture one by one.

5-Heat oil in a kadai. It should be medium hot. Now fry the coated chicken in oil. When both sides are golden brown strain from oil. It will not take more than 4 -5 minutes because the chicken is already cooked.

6-Serve the delicious chicken fry hot, with your favorite dipping sauce, or alongside a fresh salad.
