This recipe is best for weight loss because very little oil is used in the recipe. Due to cooking on low flame, the flavors of spices absorb in a good way and enhance the taste of steamed chicken.

This chicken recipe is so easy. You just need to marinate chicken with yogurts and spices and refrigerate for some time. If anybody has time, this chicken for weight loss can be marinated overnight. The specialty of this chicken recipe is that we do not need any steamer for it.
Following is the recipe for steamed chicken without a steamer for weight loss. Please follow the instructions to cook it properly.
Steam Chicken Ingredients
1- Chicken - 1 ½ kgs ( Cut into 8 pieces )
2- Garlic ginger paste - 1 tbsp
3- Salt- 1 tbsp
4- Red pepper - 1 tbsp
5- Turmeric - 1 tsp
6- Cumin seeds ( jeera ) - 1 tsp
7- Dry coriander - 1 tsp
8- Tikka masala - 1 tsp
9- Yellow food color - ¼ tsp
10- Vinegar - 1 tsp
11- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
12- Yogurt - ½ cup
13- Oil - 2 tbsp
14- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
How to Make Steam Chicken without Oil Recipe
1- Take a bowl and mix all the above ingredients except chicken.
2- Wash chicken properly and marinate chicken with yogurt masala mixture for 1 – 2 hours.
3- Take a Kadai and put the chicken in it. Pour the remaining mixture on top.
4- Flame on the stove. Steam chicken for the first 5 minutes on high flame. Then low the flame and cook the chicken for one hour or until the chicken is tender and all mixture is dried.
5- Your tender, juicy, and spicy steamed chicken is ready to serve. 6- Serve it with dahi raita or with your desired chatni.
