Amla ki Chutney Ingredients
- Gooseberry ( Amla 250 gram
- Green Coriander ( sabz dhunia ) 1cup
- Green chili ( Heri mirch ) 2
- Garlic ( Lehson ) 5 pieces
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds ( jeera ) ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Water ¼ cup
How to Make Gooseberry Sauce
- Wash the Amla well and cut it into small pieces. Remove the seed from it.
- Now add all above the ingredients in a blender and make a smooth paste.
- Shift it a bowel.
- Sprinkle Olive oil on it.
