Basen (gram flour) Aur Anday (Eggs) ka Halwa Ingredients
Basen (gram flour) 2 cups
- Oil / Ghee 1 ½ cup
- Sugar 2 cups
- Coconut powder 2 cups
- Eggs 6
- Cardamom (Elatchi ) 4 pcs.
- Crushed almonds and coconut for garnishing 4 tbsp
How to Make Anday aur Besan ka Halwa.?Method:
- Take a kadai and add ghee to it. When it is hot add basen (gram flour) to it. Roast on a very low flame until it is golden brown in color and smell
- Mix eggs and sugar together in it and add in
- Now add coconut powder and mix well for 10 minutes.
- When oil separates from it. Switch off the flame.
- This can be served in halwa form or made ladoo.
- Garnish with almonds and coconut.
