1 - Eggs: 3
2- Powder Milk:
1 cup
3- Sugar:
½ cup
4- Desi Ghee /
Butter: ½ cup
5- Green Cardamom: ¼

6- Yellow food color:
1 pinch

How to Make Egg Halwa with
dry milk powder?
(a) Heat
Desi ghee in a wok. Add green cardamom and mix.
(b) Remove from flame and let it cool for
five minutes.
(c ) Beat the Eggs in a
bowl.
(d ) When the ghee cools down
add Milk powder, Sugar and eggs, and yellow food color in it. Mix all the
ingredients well.
( e ) Now cook on very low heat for 10 –
15 minutes or until ghee separates from the mixture of eggs.
( f ) Shift it into a bowl and garnish with Almonds and coconut.
