Here, I have shared a very quick and easy semolina/suji halwa recipe. There are a few ingredients, we need to make this delicious sweet dish.
How to Make Suji Ka Danedar Halwa with Milk
Ingredients
1- Semolina ( suji ) - ¾ cup
2- Sugar - ½ cup
3- Milk - 1 cup
4- Water - 1 cup
5- Butter - 3 – 4 tbsp
6- Cardamom - 1 tsp
7- Almonds - 7
8- Egg - 1
How to Make Suji ka Halwa Recipe.? Method
1- Add butter to a pan. Add Suji to it and fry it light brown in color.
2- Add milk and water. Mix it and cook on low flame
3- Add sugar and mix all the ingredients well till fully cooked.
4- Now add egg and cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame.
5- Suji ka halwa is ready.
