them. It is really easy to cook. This recipe is tasteful and delicious because
few spices are used in it. I can say that this special namkeen gosht Pakistani dish enhances
the beauty of the dining table.

Namkeen Mutton Masala is less spicy. Only
salt and black pepper are used to give it a flavor. We do not use red chili
powder in it so it is not a spicy dish. It is best to take it with roti/naan,
salad, and raita.
Ingredients
for Namkeen Mutton Masala
1- Mutton 3 kgs
2- Ginger
and Garlic paste
3 Tbsp
3- green
Chilies 7 ( cut into small pieces)
4- Tomatoes
4 medium size ( peeled and cut into small
pieces)
5- Black pepper
1 ½ tsp
6- Salt 1 ½ tsp or
As per your taste
7- Yogurt
½ cup
8- Oil ½ cup
9- Water
2 glasses
How
to Make Namkeen Mutton Masala Recipe?
1- Put oil in a pressure cooker. Let it hot
a little bit.
2- Put ginger and garlic paste. Stir for 2
– 3 minutes until golden brown.
3- Add meat to it and stir for 3 – 4
minutes.
4- When it changes its color, add salt,
black pepper, tomatoes, and green chilies. Mix it well.
5- Add 2 glasses of water. Cook in a
pressure cooker for 10 minutes after the whistle starts.
6- After 10 minutes, open the pressure
cooker. There will be some water inside the pressure cooker. Put
the lid on
it and cook
for around 1
and ½ hours
on a very low flame.
7- Add yogurt
in it and cook until
yogurt water is dried
8- Nankeen mutton is ready.
9- Serve hot with chapatti.
