Ingredients for Mutton Tender
- Mutton - ½ kgs
- Onion -1 medium size
- Garlic - 3 -4 pieces
- Ginger - 1-inch piece
- Salt - ¼ tsp
- Cinnamon stick -1-inch piece
- Big Cardamom- 1
- Water - ½ jug
Ingredients for Mutton Masala
- Mutton boiled and tendered ½ kg
- Onion Paste of 2 big size onion
- Garlic 6 – 7 pieces
- Ginger 1-inch piece
- Tomato 1 big
- Green pepper 2
- Salt ¼ tsp or according to taste
- Red pepper ¼ tsp or according to taste
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Cumin seeds ( Zeera) ¼ tsp
- Dry coriander ¼ tsp
- Yougert 3 Tbp
- Garam masala ¼ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Meat stock ( yakhni ) / water 1 cup
How to make Mutton Recipe. Method:
- Take a pressure cooker. Put mutton in it. Add onion, Garlic, Ginger, salt, Cinnamon stick, big cardamom, and water in it. Cook for about 20 minutes. Check mutton is tender or not. If the Mutton is not tender and if needs more water. Then add water and cook until the mutton is tendered and ready for
- Make a paste of Tomato, Green pepper, Garlic, and Ginger by adding some water to a blender.
- Make a paste of onion in a blender.
- Take a walk. Add oil to it. When it is a little hot. Add onion paste to it. Cook for 5 mints
- Add tomato paste to it. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add salt, red pepper, and turmeric to it. Cook until the oil is separated.
- Now add boiled and tendered mutton to it.
- Add Cumin seed and dry coriander in it. Cook for some minutes.
- Add yogurt to it.
- Cook until meat is well mixed and oil is separated.
- Now add meat stock ( yakni ) or water to it. Cover it and make boil in it. Cook and when oil is separated. Mutton masala is ready.
