Easy and Simple Bread Pudding Dessert Recipe Ingredients.
- Bread 8 pcs.
- Butter/ghee 4 tbsp
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Khoya ¾ cup ( 100 gram )
- Milk 4 cup
- Egg 4
- Cardamom ( Elaichi ) ¼ tsp
- Almond 1 tbsp
- Coconut 1 tbsp
- Zarshak Shireen 1 tbsp
How to Make Bread Khoa Pudding Recipe.
- Take bread and cut it into small pieces.
- Take a pan, put ghee or butter in it, and fry all the bread pieces on both sides.
- Now add Milk, sugar khoya ( mava ), and cardamom in a pan. Mix it well.
- Switch on the flame and cook this mixture for 5 minutes until it thickens a little.
- Now add fried bread to it and cook for 5- 10 minutes more. It absorbs all milk.
- Shift it in a bowl and let it cool down.
- Now add eggs to it. Mix well.
- Take a baking tray. Oil this tray on all sides and put all mixture in this baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake it for 40- 45 minutes or until it sets.
- Garnish with almonds, coconut, and zarshek Shireen.
- Serve chill or hot as you wish.
