Dates Mawa Balls Recipe - Khajoor K Ladoo -Sugar-Free Sweets: There are many recipes that are made with dates like cakes, cookies, trifle, ladoo, and much more. Here, I am sharing one of my favorite recipes with dates which is very easy and quick to make. If you have mawa ( khoya ) in hand then you do not need any cooking to prepare this recipe.
The date is a healthy fruit. It has a lot of benefits so recipes made with this fruit give instant energy. There is no need for any more sugar to add sweetness.
Dates Ladoo Recipe Ingredients:
Ingredients For mawa/ Khoya
1-Ghee 2 tbs
2-Milk ½ cup
3-Milk powder 2 cups
Dates ladoo ingredients
- Dates 15- 20 pcs.
- Almonds 8- 10 pcs. Crushed
- Cashews 8- 10 pcs. Crushed
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
How to Make Date Recipe of Ladue.
- For making mawa/ khoya: Add ghee in pan. When it melts, add milk and milk powder. Mix well and cook on slow flame until the milk gets dry and it gets thick. Kyoha is ready.
- For Balls: In a bowl, add khoya, dates, almonds, cashews, and sesame seeds. Mix all ingredients well with your hand.
- Now make ladoo/balls. Garnish with sesame and dry fruits.
- Special Ramadan 2023 Dates and khoya Ladoo recipe is ready to serve.
