Chicken Yakhni is a simple and quick recipe. It is very easy to cook prior and refrigerate the stock for later use. This chicken yakhni can be used in many dishes and make your cooking hassle-free. This homemade broth recipe can be used in soups, gravy, rice, vegetables, and pulses ( dal) to give your meal a unique flavor.

Chicken Yakhni (Stock) Ingredients
- Chicken wings ½ kgs.
- Onion 1 medium
- Ginger 1/2” piece
- Garlic 5 -6 cloves
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Black pepper 5 – 6 pcs.
- Cloves 2 pc.
- Water 2 liter
How to Make Chicken Stock at Home. Method
- Take a wok and put the chicken in it.
- Add all the ingredients to the water. Cook on a medium flame for 1 ½ hours.
- Strain it and discard the ingredients.
- Debone the chicken and use it in another recipe.
