I have prepared this quick Chinese chicken corn soup with homemade chicken stock. Chicken Stock can be prepared earlier and frozen for later use. You can check the recipe for Chicken Stock here.
Chicken Corn Soup Recipe Ingredients
- Boiled shredded chicken 1 cup
- Chicken stock 5 cups
- Cream of corn 3 tbsp
- Sweet corn 3 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp + water ¼ cup
- Egg white 1
How to make the Chinese Chicken Corn Soup Recipe? Method:
- Take a wok and add chicken stock to it. When it boils add chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
- Take boiled corn on the cob and separate corn from it. Take a blender and add the sweet corn. Add ½ cup water to it and make a paste. Cream of corn is ready to use in soup.
- Add cream of corn to the pan. Mix well.
- Add salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- Take a bowl and mix corn flour and water to make a thick paste.
- Add vinegar and soy sauce to the soup.
- Mix corn flour paste to make chicken corn soup thick.
- In the end, add egg white and mix well.
- Hot Chicken corn soup is ready to serve.
