Homemade Mango Curd Recipe Ingredients


1-    Milk - ½ kg, ( around 2 cups )
2-    Mango pulp  - ½ cup
3-    Sugar - 2 tbsp ( optional)
4-    Dry milk - 2 tbsp
5-    Dahi (yogurt) - 1 tbps

(a)    Boil milk and let Luke warm.
(b)    Shift in which you want to prepare mango yogurt.
( c )   Add sugar and mix it until sugar is dissolved.
( d )   Add Mango pulp and dry milk. Mix it well.
( e )   The mixture of milk should be lukewarm. Now Add Dahi to it. Mix it well.

( f )   Put In a warm place for around 6 hours.
