Egg Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients
- Rice 1 kgs
- Water 3 liter
- Ground black pepper 4 pcs
- Cloves 4 pcs
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 5 – 6 tsp
For Masala
- Egg 4 pcs
- Oil ¼ for egg fry
- Oil ½ cup for vegetables
- Garlic ½ tbsp.
- Boiled chicken ½ cup
- Carrots 2 cups
- Green Capsicum 2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 4 tbsp
- Vinegar 4 tbsp
Method
- Make the omelet of four eggs.
- Stir fry all the vegetables.
- Add all spices one by one.
- Mix omelet in vegetables and put aside.
- Boil the rice and mix them with the vegetable mixture.
- Now put on a very low flame for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, Egg fried rice is ready.
- Serve them with Chicken almonds or with any gravy.
