Bhuna Gosht needs basic ingredients which are available in every kitchen. First of all, fry the onion in hot oil and then add meat pieces and fry with other ingredients. When meat is fried well then add water to tender it. When meat is well cooked and tender enough, it is ready to serve with naan, salad, and raita.

Bhuna Gosht recipe Ingredients:
- Oil 1 cup
- Mutton 1 kg
- Onion 1 medium
- Tomatoes 3 large
- Garlic Cloves 7 – 8 pcs
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Ginger powder ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds ( jeera ) 1 tbsp
- Dry Coriander 1 tbsp heaped
- Garam masala 1tsp
- Water 1 cup
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Green coriander 1 cup
- Green Chilies 2- 3 for garnishing
How to Make Bhuna Gosht Recipe.? Method
- Take a pressure cooker and add oil to it.
- When it is hot add onion and fry golden brown in color.
- Add mutton and fry it. Add salt, red pepper, and turmeric and mix it.
- Add ginger powder, Garlic cloves. Put half-cut tomatoes on top of the meat and cover the pan on the slow pan. After a few minutes remove the tomato's skin.
- Add water and close the lid of the cooker. Cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes after whistling.
- Add yogurt and roast the meat finely on medium to high flame until the oil separates from the meat.
- Now add cumin seeds, dry coriander, and garam masala. Mix it well.
- Garnish with green coriander and green chilies.
- Serve with naan and green sauce.
