Pudina ki Chutney - Coriander Mint Chutney Recipe: This green sauce is made with coriander, mint, and other spices. Mint sauce is tasty and digestive. It reduces weight if used with ginger and pomegranate seeds and is helpful in diabetic patients also.

Mint sauce is a must in Pakistani food because it goes very well with all dishes. It goes well with samosas, chaat, fried food, sandwiches, pakoras, etc., This dhania pudina chutney recipe is a basic and simple version with ingredients available in every kitchen. 




Ingredients of green sauce


  • Coriander 1 cup
  • Mint 1 cup
  • Green chili 1
  • Salt ¼ tsp.
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp.
  • Cumin Seeds ( jeera ) ½ tsp.
  • Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp.
  • Water ½ cup

       How to make the green sauce.? Method:

  • Put all the above ingredients in a blender.
  • When all ingredients grind well serve in a bowl.
  • This chutney can be mixed with yogurt also.
