Ingredients of green sauce
- Coriander 1 cup
- Mint 1 cup
- Green chili 1
- Salt ¼ tsp.
- Black pepper ¼ tsp.
- Cumin Seeds ( jeera ) ½ tsp.
- Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp.
- Water ½ cup
How to make the green sauce.? Method:
- Put all the above ingredients in a blender.
- When all ingredients grind well serve in a bowl.
- This chutney can be mixed with yogurt also.
Benefits of Mint & Coriander
Mint & Coriander leaves are good for health. Green leaves digest food very well and purify the human body. These both leaves are in green color and green is good for eyesight.
