How to make Chicken Pulao recipe at home.
Chicken Pulao Ingredients
- Chicken - 3 and ½ kg
- Rice - 4 kg
- Oil - 1 kg ( 10 cups)
- Onion - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Green Chilies- 22 piece
- Garlic paste- 50 grams ( ½ cup)
- Ginger paste -50 grams ( ½ cup )
- Salt - 16 Tbsp
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Black pepper- 1 tsp
- Red pepper- 1 tsp
- Dry coriander -2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
- Garm Masala- ( Cinnamon stick 5 pcs, Big Cardamom 2 pieces, Black pepper 1 tsp, Clove 5 pieces)
- Water - 8 liter
How to Make Chicken Pulao.? Method:
- Put oil in a big wok and turn on the flame. When oil is hot put onion in it. Fry the onion till golden brown. Now add gram masala and fry.
- Add chicken and one tsp salt in it. Roast chicken until it is golden brown. It will take around 10 to 15 minutes.
- Make a paste of tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Add this paste to the chicken. After this add salt, red pepper, turmeric, cumin seeds, black pepper, and dry coriander and mix well.
- Soak rice in water for half an hour.
- When chicken korma is ready add 8-liter water in it and let it boil.
- Add soaked rice in it and mix well. Cook on medium to high flame until water dries.
- Cover the rice with a lid. Now Cook rice on a very slow flame for 15 minutes.
- Serve Hot with Salad and yogurt sauce.
