Ingredients no. 1 for chicken
1- Chicken boneless - 1 cup ( 250 grams)
2- Ginger garlic paste -2 tbsp
3- Salt -1 tsp
4- Red pepper - 1 tsp
5- Black pepper - ¼ tsp
6- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
7- Red color -1 pinch
8- Oil 2 - Tbsp
Ingredients no. 2 for tomatoes sauce
1- Tomatoes -½ kegs
2- Onion -1 medium
3 Ginger - 1” piece
4- Garlic -5 – 6 pieces
5- Oil - 2 tbsp
6- Salt - ½ tsp
7- Red pepper - ½ tsp
8- Dry coriander - ½ tsp
9- Black pepper - ¼ tsp
10- Cumin seeds ( jeera ) - ½ tsp
11- Oregano - ¼ tsp
12 -Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
13- - Water- 3 -4 tbsp
Ingredients NO. 3
1- Pasta 150 grams - ( 1 cup heaped )
2- Water - 2 liter
3- Salt - ½ tsp
4- Oil -1 tbsp
Ingredients used in assembling
1- Carrot - 1 cup
2- Green onion - 3 tbsp
3- Oregano -¼ tsp
4- Cheddar cheese- 1 cup
5- Mozzarella cheese -1 cup
How to Make Pasta Chicken with Red Sauce. ? Method
1- Take a bowel and marinate chicken. Mix all the spices except oil and put it aside for half an hour.
2- Take a saucepan and sprinkle oil in it. When it is hot put marinated chicken until it is tender and properly cooked.
3- For the tomato sauce: Boil tomatoes in water and peel off the skin.
4- In a saucepan, sauté onion for a few minutes. Then add ginger and garlic and tomatoes for a few minutes. Fry for a few minutes and add all the spices except water.
5- When tomatoes water evaporate. Off the stove and let it cool down.
6- Put it in the blender add water and blend it. The tomato sauce is ready.
7- Boil 2 liter water add pasta and salt in boiling water.
8- Let it cook for 5 – 7 minutes or until it is soft.
9- Strain it and mix one tbsp. oil and water in it.
10- Cut the carrot and green onion separately.
11- Assembling: Take an Oven proof dish and oil it on all sides.
12- Add half pasta to it. Now put some tomato sauce in it. Add carrot to it.
13- Now add all the pasta to it. Add Chicken and spread sauce on it.
14- Add green onion. Now put cheddar and mozzarella cheese on it.
15- Sprinkle oregano on top and bake in the oven for half an hour at 170 degrees. Serve hot.
