Potato Bhujia ( aloo bhujia sabzi ) Ingredients :
- Potatoes - ½ kgs
- Zeera ( cumin Seeds ) -1 Tsp
- Oil - 6 Tbsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Red Pepper -1 tsp
- Turmeric - ¼ tsp
- Water - ½ cup
How to make Aloo Bhujia Sabzi with Jeera? Method:
- Peel off the potatoes and cut in the small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan. When it gets hot add cumin seeds (jeera) and fry it.
- Add potatoes and fry till light brown.
- Add salt, red pepper, and turmeric and mix well.
- Now add half a cup of water and cook on low flame.
- When these are tender and cooked shift in a bowel.
- Serve with homemade chapatti/paratha or flat bread.
