Best Pakistani Chicken White Biryani Recipe


Biryani is a famous rice dish in Pakistan and India. It is prepared in many ways and styles. In some biryani recipes, potatoes and vegetables are used. The taste and flavors are different according to the place. Here, I am giving one of my favorite best Pakistani recipes of Chicken White Biryani. It is the superb  biryani recipe because it is much easy to cook at home.

Ingredients of White Chicken  Biryani Recipe

1 .Chicken 1 kg

2 .Rice 4 cups

3. Water 2 liter for rice boil

4.Oil 2 cups

5. Onion 3 large

6. Salt 1 tsp

7. Red pepper 1 tsp

8. Turmeric ½ tsp

9. Tomatoes 3 large

10. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

11.Green pepper 1

12. Curry leaves 1

 13. Cloves a few

14. Black pepper 5 -6

15. Biryani masala 1 ½ tbsp.

16. Raisins (Kismish) 10 – 12

17. Vinegar 3 – 4 tbsp

               

How to Make Pakistani White Chicken Biryani Recipe. Method:

 

1-  Take a wok and prepare gravy for biryani.

2- Put oil in a wok. When it is hot add onion and fry it.

3- Now add chicken and fry it till it's brown.

4- Add ginger garlic paste, green pepper, and tomatoes in it.  

5-After a few minutes add biryani masala. Cook it well. 

6-When chicken is tender and cooked. Turn off the flame

7- Boil water in a wok. Add rice and salt.  When it is full boil strain the water.

8-Now put half the rice in the wok. Put all chicken on it. Cover the chicken with the rest of the rice.  

9-Put the biryani on a very low flame for 10 minutes.  Turn off the flame and mix well. 

10- White chicken Biryani is ready. Serve hot.

Ans: Assembling biryani is much easy. Step-by-step guides are given above. Therefore, we use korma/gravy of chicken on the bottom of the wok. Then add a layer of cooked rice, Repeat the process two to three times. In the end, sprinkle yellow food color, mint, fried onion, lemon slices, and coriander. Simmer on low flame for at least 15 minutes. Biryani is ready.
